• You can exchange your Order within 7 – 14 days, from the day of Delivery.
  • You need to fill the exchange form or mail us on –

1. Terms & Conditions

  • Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective product within 24 hours of delivery.
  • All products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact, packaging and invoice.
  • All exchange requests will be processed once the shipment returns to our warehouse.
  • Return/Exchange of the merchandise bought online cannot be made to store.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequate packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  • The defective/damaged item sent for replacement must be received within 10 days of delivery to claim the replacement.
  • Please note that in any case we cannot offer exchanges on any sale, opened or used products.
  • We strictly follow “ No Refund Policy”

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel an order until it has been packed at our warehouse by emailing us.
  • This does not include items purchased on sale.
  • Any amount paid will be credited via same payment mode through which the payment was made.
